MaxKnowledge, Inc. Honored for Service to Career Schools by Florida Association

TALLAHASSEE, FL, Sept. 16, 2013 - National online-training provider MaxKnowledge, Inc., was honored as Associate Member of the Year from the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC), a statewide organization representing private career schools.

Robert Starks Jr., Vice President of Learning Initiatives, was presented the award at the FAPSC Annual Conference held recently in South Florida. MaxKnowledge, a national employee training company, has worked with FAPSC to expand access to continuing education for career school administrators, including courses approved by the Florida Commission for Independent Education. "Robert embodies the concept of being a true pioneer - through his direction there have been advancements made in the way campus staff, not only in Florida but from around the country, can exchange ideas and best practices," said Curtis Austin, executive director of FAPSC.

FAPSC has been the voice of Florida's career schools since 1956. The association of more than 250 members works on behalf of the more than 1,000 licensed private career schools and colleges in Florida that prepare 400,000 students each year for employment in more than 200 occupational fields by offering degree programs, certification and training.
