MaxKnowledge and CCA Launch New Online Course:
Best Practices to Enhance Student Retention

Irvine, CA, Apr. 02, 2007 - MaxKnowledge and Career College Association today announced the availability of a new online training course for career college professionals.

Course Description:
Best Practices to Enhance Student Retention
This course is a collection of ideas and best practices drawn from Dr. Pace's 36 years of successful experience in the career college sector and lessons learned from implementation of enrollment growth strategies at over 300 colleges and schools nationwide. This is a unique course that will dramatically change your perspective on school effectiveness. The course also discusses the application of current research results on human behavior and organizational culture to enhance student enrollment and retention.
