MaxKnowledge Partners with National American University
Las Vegas, NV, June 12, 2006 - National American University and MaxKnowledge announced today at the Career College Association Annual Convention formation of a strategic alliance agreement to combine their efforts in providing high quality education and training opportunities for the career college community.
Under the terms of the strategic alliance agreement, National American University (NAU) will recognize MaxKnowledge as its training affiliate in the career college market, and MaxKnowledge will recognize NAU as its university affiliate. The alliance will support expansion of MaxKnowledge training courses and NAU's degree programs.
MaxKnowledge will expand its course offerings using faculty development materials and other training content developed by NAU. Training courses and continuing education units completed through MaxKnowledge will be evaluated by NAU for academic credit towards appropriate degree programs in accordance with NAU's policies and procedures on granting non-traditional credit.

Our alliance with MaxKnowledge will allow distribution of our professional development materials through a highly effective training delivery system to the career college market. The alliance will also provide us with the opportunity to expand our reach to career college professionals seeking to earn undergraduate or graduate degrees," said Dr. Robert R. Roehrich, NAU's System Vice President of the Enhanced Learning Solutions Group.

NAU's online bachelor's degree program in applied management with a career college focus will be particularly attractive to MaxKnowledge participants. For those seeking graduate-level education, most recently NAU received approval to offer an online master's in management degree, which permits an emphasis on career college management.
