Setting Up an Effective Placement Department
Santa Ana, CA, May 17, 2004 - MaxKnowledge and Career College Association today announced the availability of a new online training course facilitated by Dr. Susan Schulz, MaxKnowledge faculty and president of Susan F. Schulz & Associates, Inc.
Setting Up an Effective Placement Department covers many aspects of developing and running a placement department starting with the mission statement all the way to measuring results.
"This course provides you with techniques and strategies to develop an effective placement department for your career school. We show you how to offer comprehensive career services regardless of whether your placement department is staffed full- or part-time or the number of hours it is open," said Dr. Schulz.
"The course describes how a successful placement department can increase enrollments and enhance retention in addition to improving placement rates.
