• Watch TV interviews with career college professionals
• Post your comments on the interviews

Resource Rooms

• Blogs - View and comment on posted blogs; add your own blogs to share your thoughts and ideas
• Bookmarks - View and comment on shared bookmarks; add your own bookmarks to share your favorite sites
• Files - View and comment on uploaded files, add your own files to share with others
• Wires - Share quick information and updates with the members of The Lounge and follow your favorite wirers
• You can determine who can see any specific resource that you add to The Lounge
• You can tag any resource that you add to make it more easily searchable by members of The Lounge
• You can keep up with new postings on a resource by subscribing to the RSS feed for that resource

Groups

• Join an existing group to learn and share
• Create your own public or private group
• Group sites can include blogs, bookmarks, discussions, and files
• Follow group activities through RSS feeds
• Invite your colleagues to join a group

People

• Search for your colleagues
• Access member profiles through their photo icons
• You can only view the profile information that a member has opted to make public
• Add any member of The Lounge as your contact to follow their activities
• You can categorize your contacts by forming different collections of contacts
• Invite your colleagues to join The Lounge
