MaxKnowledge gives our organization the tools necessary to develop great instructional skills. We have been using MaxKnowledge at IntelliTec College for many years.  We rely on MaxKnowledge as the primary provider of continuing education for all of our faculty and staff.  We found that, in general, the versatility of the courses offered by MaxKnowledge provides our team with comprehensive knowledge that allows them to grow in their roles. Specifically, we found that the online teaching courses were very effective in helping to quickly prepare our faculty for teaching virtually throughout the pandemic.

They give a good balance of introductory and intermediate information in each area, and it’s something faculty and staff can do on their own time. The CHEP certification shows credibility to academia, as well as to our accrediting body, that we take professional development very seriously.

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) software has been a terrific tool for us. It meets all our regulatory requirements, is easy to use, and allows our leadership team to quickly track progress towards plan completion.
