In many career colleges, corporate executives and campus management are involved in the strategic planning process. This ensures that organizational strategies - both corporate and campus level - are tightly aligned and that successful implementation can follow. In this course, you will learn what strategy is, how senior management and units work together to develop strategy, and how units support an organizational strategy by developing and executing action plans for strategic initiatives.
